W.W. Grainger, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time On-Site Service Representative to service Sparks and Reno areas. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–1pm. The OSR supports customers by inventory management (KeepStock), delivers outstanding service, and assists sales partners to grow Grainger solutions for MRO needs.

The position requires 3 years in selling or service, a high school diploma, ability to lift 25–60 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with insurance. On-site, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Must carry required automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at customer sites; monitor stock levels.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety requirements at service sites.
• Assist in creating new orders by identifying additional product needs.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and work with sales to expand Grainger offerings.
