Job summary

Grainger’s Onsite Services Crib Associates (OSCA) role at our Indianapolis site supports warehouse and inventory tasks, order processing, picking, packing, staging and shipping to maintain inventory integrity and safe operations.

You will report to the On-Site Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet order readiness and customer expectations, including receiving products, performing counts and assisting with loading.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales oriented mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from multiple sources, maximize cube space.
• Process backorders and ensure order readiness.
• Picks and stages customer orders to meet goals and expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer, noting items removed from crib.
• Perform inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Grounds keeping and trash disposal to maintain a clean environment.
• Assist customers with loading product and support customer service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to retain loyalty.
