Job summary

Grainger is seeking an Onsite Services Crib Associate (OSCA) to support warehouse and inventory management, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping. You will report to the On-Site Service Manager and work on-site to maintain inventory integrity and efficient order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, the ability to lift 25–60 lbs, and familiarity with SAP or PC-based programs. Excellent customer service skills and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related field experience.
• Ability to lift 25–60 lbs and operate scanning equipment.
• Customer-service oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from sources and put away to maximize space.
• Process backorders and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pick and stage orders to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist customers with loading product and resolve issues.
