Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an onsite IT and AV specialist in Naples, FL to manage property-level IT operations, network readiness, and client-facing services. You will install, operate, and troubleshoot AV and network equipment, support events, and maintain security and documentation.

The role requires strong customer service, hospitality experience, and knowledge of IP networks and webcasting. Responsibilities include coordinating with hotel IT, planning setups, generating access codes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of field experience in internet services support required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Internet services, bandwidth, IP wired and wireless networks, principles of computer hardware and software, webcasting.
• Preferred Certifications: CompTIA, Cisco CCENT/CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/Wireless specialties and/or other equivalent network and wireless vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operation, network, and client facing services at the property level.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV and internet equipment during events.
• Plan and support hotel events with high levels of customer service.
• Maintain and document network configurations and diagrams.
• Interact professionally with diverse staff and clients.
