Vallen's Integrated Supply Site Manager role is embedded at a customer site to drive program growth and oversee daily activities of a team, ensuring positive and profitable relationships that support Vallen's financial goals.

We seek 4+ years in supply chain or related industries and proven staff leadership, with strong customer relationship skills and solid financial acumen. Proficiency in MS Office is required, with readiness to work at an on-site Orlando location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss management and financial metrics.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage P&L to achieve profitability and budget goals for the site.
• Drive contractual commitments and cost savings at the local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service for internal and external customers.
• Ensure timely payments by customers according to terms.
