Vallen seeks an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team at a customer location, driving program growth and day-to-day activities to ensure positive and profitable customer relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain roles, plus 2+ years of staff leadership, with strong financial acumen and customer relationship skills. Expect a performance-driven, onsite environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale or industrial distribution.
• 2+ years of staff management with proven leadership.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge to identify cost-saving opportunities with Vallen solutions.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements and business acumen.
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages P&L to meet budgeted goals.
• Drives contractual customer commitments and KPIs.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensures timely payments from customers per contract.
