Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team at a customer location, driving program growth and day-to-day activities to ensure profitable relationships and business success.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage costs, and ensure contractual commitments are met, while maintaining strong customer relations and achieving site-level financial goals. This role requires practical supply chain leadership and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale/industrial distribution, or related industries.
• 2+ years of staff management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize manufacturing applications that cut costs.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss and financial performance.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products and ability to learn company programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manage staffing, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions per policies and standards.
• Ensure sales and profitability goals for local sites are met or exceeded by managing P&L.
• Drive contractual commitments and customer cost savings at the local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in delivering excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
