Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking Intake Sales Specialists to drive client acquisition in a fast-paced, 100% onsite office in Alabama. You will engage with potential clients via telephone and email, explain how our legal services address their needs, and document client information accurately.

The role is full-time with a base wage of $17/hour plus commission. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid time off, with Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via telephone and email to understand needs.
• Communicate how our legal representation can address those needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client information in a fast-paced call center.
• Provide empathetic and professional assistance to retain clients.
