Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys in Birmingham, Alabama seeks an Intake Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition by handling calls and emails, assessing needs, and guiding potential clients toward legal representation.

The role is 100% onsite in the office, with a base pay of $17 per hour plus commissions. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be customer-focused with solid MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake Sales Specialists will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, engaging with potential clients via telephone and email to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our legal representation can address those needs.
• The agent's role is crucial in retaining these potential clients by providing empathetic and professional assistance.
• They will navigate inquiries with ease, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise with professionalism and efficiency.
• In this fast-paced call center environment, accuracy is vital as the agent will be responsible for meticulously documenting client information.
