Role Description

The Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Montgomery, AL. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients, answering calls and inquiries, gathering preliminary case information, and accurately documenting client details in the firm’s systems. The Intake Specialist schedules consultations, verifies basic insurance and contact information, and ensures smooth handoffs to attorneys and legal staff. Daily tasks include providing courteous customer service, maintaining confidentiality, following established intake procedures, and supporting the office with administrative duties related to new and existing client files. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced legal environment.
