Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to service personal line accounts, coordinate quotes with carriers, and respond to policy inquiries. This role requires you to maintain renewal controls, ensure policy accuracy, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; college preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and with clients.
• Proficiency using a computer, especially Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of personal line accounts, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals.
• Respond to policy inquiries by email and phone; maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
