Job summary

HUB International seeks an Account Manager to manage commercial lines clients, coordinating with carriers, prepping quotes, and ensuring accuracy in renewals and files. You will respond quickly to inquiries, market to carriers, and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring insurance experience or related business background, a Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and excellent communication with a proactive service mindset in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels of the organization
• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
• Previous insurance industry experience preferred or professional business experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial lines accounts and carrier staff
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals
• Respond promptly to policy inquiries by email or phone
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
• Review policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• Maintain accurate and organized account files
