HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for Insurance Solutions Group to manage a book of commercial lines accounts, coordinate marketing to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, and respond to policy inquiries. This hybrid role requires three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance industry preferred or related business experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license; or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage a book of commercial lines accounts and act as the primary client contact.
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, and respond to policy inquiries by email or phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders and check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
