Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, seeks a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage installation projects. You will coordinate installers and subcontractors, contact customers within 48 hours of booking, and ensure site readiness for on-time completion.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Especially Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors for installation jobs.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of booking.
• Schedule and track installation progress with internal teams.
• Ensure site readiness including lift availability, network connectivity, and personnel on-site.
• Update Installation Portal and manage paperwork for closeout.
