Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Ability to listen to customers and match services to needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans.
• Explain pest control services, treatment processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly.
• Qualify leads based on pest issues, location, and urgency, and schedule appointments for territory managers.
• Provide post-sale support and follow-up to increase retention and upsell services.
