Job summary

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into scheduled services while maintaining service-level and sales metrics.
• Proactively generate sales through outbound efforts, including customer outreach, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with field sales to support newly acquired customers and expand service portfolios.
• Present pest control and home service solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain the sales funnel and ensure leads are worked until sold or exhausted.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
