Job summary

A-1 Pest Control is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to engage customers and provide tailored pest control solutions. You will listen to customer needs, match them with our service plans, and schedule appointments for technicians.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with opportunities to upsell additional services and contribute to a growing team.

• 2+ years inside sales experience required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to match customer needs with service plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals for pest control services.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and upsell service plans.
• Explain pest control services, processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly.
• Qualify leads based on pest issues, location, and urgency and schedule appointments.
• Provide post-sale follow-up to increase retention.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team here at A-1 Pest Control, where you will provide solutions to our future customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for listening to the needs of consumers and matching them with our service plan. Logically and efficiently routing technicians and offering solutions create the foundation of what this role requires to be successful. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative must be able to efficiently use a route management system to schedule appointments for customers.

This is an onsite position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals from prospective customers needing pest control services
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule inspections, and offer service plans
• Understand and explain pest control services, treatment processes, pricing, and contract terms clearly
• Qualify leads based on specific pest issues, location, and urgency, and schedule appointments for territory managers
• Provide post-sale support and follow-up to increase retention and upsell additional services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
