Job summary

Rentokil North America Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on selling and upselling pest management services to residential customers while delivering professional, ethical service.

You will handle inbound calls, meet or exceed sales targets, and promote the Year Round Protection Plan. Excellent communication and 1+ year sales experience are required.

• Call center experience is required.
• Proven history of driving sales results and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell and upsell Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele.
• Manage inbound daily sales calls and maintain a 60%+ closing rate.
• Aim to exceed monthly Base Line Sales Targets and KPIs.
• Follow the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach and follow up on orders within 24 hours.
• Solicit and convert customers to Year Round Protection Plan; support campaigns during non-peak months.
• Maintain call volume standards of 12–15 calls per hour and achieve a call quality score >75%.
