Job summary

LHH is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support sales growth. This 100% onsite role will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, prompt responses, and achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities include handling orders, invoicing, quotes, and maintaining ERP records. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in related roles, strong communication, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience (customer service, sales support, or account management).
• Experience assisting with billing / invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Syteline, Oracle, SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, invoicing, shipping coordination, and account support.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and exceptional service.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and other documentation to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and transactions within company systems and ERP platforms.
• Support regulatory documentation, order fulfillment, and ongoing customer communications.
