Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience that includes order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and order support to internal and external customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, availability, quotations, and ordering.
• Review customer specifications and help determine appropriate product solutions.
• Prepare quotations and supporting documentation.
• Process RFQs and customer orders using CRM and ERP systems.
• Track orders and help resolve order, product, or availability discrepancies.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales and order process.
• Participate in training and meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
