Job summary

RTX is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our cybersecurity team onsite at our Forest, Mississippi facility. The role focuses on system compliance, security plan development, and education to protect critical information systems.

You will investigate security violations, prepare corrective actions, and collaborate with government representatives and program personnel. Experience with RMF and related standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM or related regulations.
• Experience with computer technologies and security controls is valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance, auditing, security plan development and security education.
• Investigate information system security violations and prepare corrective actions.
• Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives.
• Conduct security sustainment activities (change management, media protection, account management).
