Job summary

RTX’s cybersecurity team seeks a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II for 100% onsite work at our Tucson facility. You will lead compliance oversight, assessments and operations across programs, mentoring ISSOs and guiding day-to-day cybersecurity activities.

You will conduct DoD/NIST-aligned reviews, develop security documentation, and provide SME guidance on a broad range of topics while traveling to other sites as needed. A current security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience
• Security+ or equivalent IAM certification
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, or related standards
• Experience with DoD security protocols and cross-domain environments

Responsibilities

• Review configuration management requests
• Conduct technical and administrative assessments
• Integrate new cybersecurity processes and tools
• Support ISSOs and Cybersecurity Managers in documentation
• Oversee ISSOs to ensure policy implementation
• Travel 10–20% to other Raytheon locations
