Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls, assist with new orders, and support the sales team with bookings and related customer service tasks. The role requires flexibility across shifts and weekend work to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include handling registrations, group bookings, and customer inquiries while maintaining a professional, courteous image and delivering high-quality service across SPS’s attractions. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound call center focused on customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with B2C registrations, group bookings, and B2B client reservations.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with new orders, edits, or inquiries.
• Assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and exceptional service.
• Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
