Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide backfill coverage across assigned region, supporting shipping, print, facilities, hospitality, and front desk operations. The role requires flexibility for multiple site assignments and potential same-day travel to SPS sites to ensure continuous coverage in line with service level agreements.

Primary duties include mail handling, reprographics, office services, front-of-house support, guest reception, and light admin tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office Suite experience with intermediate to expert competency.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: handle inbound/outbound mail and packages, sort by recipient/department, manage shipping/receiving.
• Reprographics: assist copy/print production, binding, device maintenance, scanning.
• Office Services: maintain neat center, replenish pantry, oversee equipment and supplies.
• Front of House: reception/concierge coverage, greet guests, route calls and manage registrations.
• Other duties: flexible, may change with business needs.
