Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a on-site Controls Project Manager 4 to lead assigned control systems projects in the HVAC field.

You will plan, execute, and complete work including hardware design, programming, installation coordination, and commissioning while managing finances and customer communications. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide as-built records and training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems.
• Ability to communicate technical material clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems.
• Strong personal computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site control systems projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project costs, billing, and cash flow; coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
• Provide accurate documentation, manuals, and owner/operator training as required.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
