Responsibilities

• Act as the tactical point of contact for Ceridian HR systems issues.
• Lead performance management, merit increases, incentive programs and reporting projects.
• HRIS performance management systems administrator and assist with tool rollout.
• Manage HR databases including data administration and maintenance of HR systems.
• Coordinate system upgrades and inform HR of changes.
• Maintain data for new hires, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
• Assist with data input weekly and monthly.
