Job summary

Municipal Credit Union in New York seeks an HR Operations Coordinator to support the HRIS team with daily administration, data management, reporting, and process documentation. This regular full-time, hybrid role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records and efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR operations with data analysis focus.
Proficiency in HR processes including payroll, benefits, recruiting and compliance is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-volume environment.
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HRIS team and maintain employee data.
Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
Assist with HRIS implementations, integrations, upgrades, and training.
Update HRIS procedures, workflows and documentation.
Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports and analytics.
