Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to implement and configure HR information systems across our multi-site organization. You will drive HR data improvements, manage data quality, and build interfaces with vendor systems while maintaining HR data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years in HRIS analytics with data, compensation, benefits, or training knowledge.
• Experience supporting a multi-location corporate model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation and configuration projects.
• Improve HR processes and data management across the organization.
• Maintain interfaces with vendor systems and implement new modules.
• Perform data maintenance, analysis, and reporting as SME for HR systems.
