Job summary

Stelvio Group in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and operational HR support to business and people leaders. This onsite role partners with management to align people practices with business goals and drive talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience (HRBP or related), strong knowledge of US employment law, and proven ability to advise senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HRBP, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of US employment legislation and advisory ability to senior leaders.
• Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and US employment law.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, organizational structure, and employee performance.
• Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Total Rewards to deliver coordinated HR support.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and the employee experience.
• Lead or contribute to HR initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
