The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and manage day-to-day HR needs for employees. You will guide on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, compliance, and other workplace matters while building relationships and solving problems.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience with employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation and compliance.
• Experience partnering with managers and providing independent HR guidance.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders with timely guidance.
• Manage employee relations matters from assessment through resolution.
• Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and escalation when needed.
• Support compensation projects, employee relations reporting and data analysis.
• Interpret policies and ensure HR practices are followed company-wide.
• Take ownership of day-to-day HR responsibilities and HR initiatives.
