Job summary

Primient is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with site leadership across Dayton, OH (onsite) and support Duluth, MN operations. You will drive employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR analytics, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and CBAs where applicable.

You will coach leaders, manage investigations, coordinate onboarding, and sustain HR initiatives using Workday and related tools. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with unionized workforce and CBAs.
• Ability to travel to supported sites (Duluth, MN quarterly).

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership and business alignment with site leadership.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and coaching leaders.
• Talent management, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Policy development, compliance, and risk management with HR/Legal.
• HR coaching to leaders and data‑driven guidance on engagement and performance.
• Lead HR initiatives with Workday processes and reporting.
• Labor relations support, grievance handling, and union contract guidance.
