Job summary

Branding Iron is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for our Rochester, Minnesota manufacturing facility. You will work with plant leadership and corporate HR to oversee employee relations, recruiting, training, compliance, and engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires handling complex employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning to support safety, quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
• Experience advising plant leaders and managing complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws; HR policy application and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR leader to Plant Manager, managers, supervisors and employees on all shifts.
• Lead day-to-day HR operations to support a fast-paced manufacturing workforce.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement through listening sessions, surveys and follow-ups.
• Ensure labor relations compliance and administer applicable labor agreements.
