Job summary

Verst Logistics is seeking an HR generalist to support onboarding, employee engagement and daily HR tasks on site in the Phoenix area. The role involves partnering with management to train employees, manage timekeeping, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will help reduce HR risks, assist in conflict resolution, and act as a liaison to our corporate office while upholding ethics and company culture. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–3 years HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement and retention.
• Manage onsite HR timekeeping and HR clerical requests in partnership with corporate HR.
• Maintain knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks in daily management of employees.
• Assist management in conflict resolution.
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of the company.
• Facilitate and support hiring and onboarding process.
• Support onsite safety standards and reporting.
• Function as an onsite liaison to the Corporate office.
