Clark Associates is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver onsite HR support in a fast-paced distribution center in Kentucky. You will execute HR processes, support onboarding, maintain HRIS, and partner with operations leaders and the HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives and ensure compliant, engaged teams across all shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain on-floor presence to answer employee questions and provide first-line HR support.
• Execute daily HR tasks: onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, postings, and assistance.
• Build relationships across departments to understand needs and escalate trends to HRBP.
• Coordinate engagement activities and track participation.
• Coach supervisors on policy interpretation and HR procedures.
• Support employee relations investigations with statements and documentation.
• Monitor attendance trends and assist with return-to-work conversations.
• Ensure consistent policy application and escalate complex issues to HRBP.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS updates.
• Complete compliance tasks: I-9 audits, postings, safety docs.
• Coordinate leave-related information with leave services.
• Track HR metrics: turnover, onboarding, training compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for pre-employment and onboarding.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork.
• Coach new supervisors on HR processes and system navigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
