Job summary

TLD Logistics Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands-on human resources support for operations and to serve as a dependable resource for employees, leaders, and the HR team.

The role owns logistics and day-to-day execution of weekly new-hire orientation, supports recruiting and onboarding, maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data, assists with employee relations, leave administration, and policy application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics/operational environments.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment practices, wage/hour, EEO.
• Experience coordinating onboarding or new-hire orientation and managing recurring deadlines.
• Experience using an HRIS; Paylocity experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly new-hire orientation logistics for operations, facilitators, and materials.
• Support recruiting and onboarding, post-offer documentation, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in Paylocity; conduct audits as needed.
• Assist with employee relations, leave administration, and policy interpretation.
• Escalate sensitive issues appropriately and ensure consistent application of policies.
