Job summary

You will be the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone support, handling high-volume calls and case management on site at Tyson Thompson Building.

The role covers HR data intake, updates to personal information, system navigation and LOA support, with collaboration to meet SLAs and KPIs. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role with data-entry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic HR system navigation and first-level support.
• Handle high-volume calls and case management via ServiceNow.
• Monitor HR inboxes and escalate as needed to the team.
