Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR systems support specialist to provide process and transactional support across HR platforms.

You will serve as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk‑up support and incoming calls for the People Operations team. You will resolve first‑level requests, assist with data intake, update personal information, and navigate HR processes including LOA support, while monitoring HR inboxes and routing issues to leadership

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Computer Skills: Intermediate skills including generating letters, spreadsheets and simple data output; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with a broad range of end users with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Special Skills: Excellent customer service, basic analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented; strong team player; SAP/HR and Workday familiarity is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Handle high volume walk‑up support and incoming support calls for People Operations.
• Resolve first‑level requests, manage intake data, update personal information, and assist with LOA navigation.
• Monitor HR inboxes and route issues to Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or Leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with People Operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
