Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Systems & Support Specialist to sit onsite at the Bowling Green plant. You will provide process and transactional support for HR systems, resolve first-line cases via Service Now, and assist with data entry for hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.

You will be the first point of contact for People Operations, handling inquiries by chat, email, and phone, and directing issues to COE, HR Strategic Partners, or Leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR system and process support via Service Now, chat and phone.
• Enter and review data for hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and confidential items.
• Route inquiries to the People Operations team or Leadership as needed to resolve issues.
• Support master data maintenance and collaborate to meet service levels.
