ID Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to be on-site and guide HR strategy across multiple shifts. You will partner with operations to align people programs with business goals, manage high-volume recruiting, and foster a compliant, engaging workplace.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS proficiency, and a talent-focused mindset to drive performance and retention at our 24/7 site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership.
• Strong experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and relevant laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with operations to align HR with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies for high-volume hourly and salaried roles.
• Advise on employee relations and resolve complex issues.
• Oversee performance management and coaching at all levels on-site.
