Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to guide on-site teams at a 24/7 Kenosha, Wisconsin site. The role blends strategic HR leadership with empathetic partnership to foster customer-focused excellence and a high-performing workforce.

The HRBP will work with operations leaders to anticipate talent needs, manage relations, and drive performance across shifts. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years HR leadership are required; SHRM/PHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Strong experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, local/state laws, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive high-volume hourly and salary recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Handle employee relations and conduct investigations as needed.
• Oversee performance management processes and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure HR policies/compliance with laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS tools to analyze data and present reports to senior management.
• Promote site-level culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure safety rules and GMP compliance on site.
