Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to support on-site teams at our Somerset, NJ site. You will partner with operations leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, oversee recruitment, performance, and employee relations, and drive a safe, compliant work environment.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, strong knowledge of local employment laws, bilingual English/Spanish, and hands-on experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of local/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention for high-volume hourly and salaried staff.
• Serve as trusted advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management processes and coaching for on-site staff.
• Ensure HR policies/compliance with local laws and corporate standards.
• Utilize HRIS to generate metrics and present reports to senior management.
• Champion culture initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
• Enforce safety rules and report noncompliance to leadership.
