ID Logistics seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to guide on-site teams at White Haven, PA, aligning HR strategy with rapid growth and operational goals. You will own talent management, employee relations, performance, compliance, and data-driven HR insights, partnering with site leaders to enhance engagement and safety.

You will work on strategic HR initiatives, advise operations on people practices, and ensure policies meet local law requirements while fostering a positive workplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on-site HR management or HR leadership.
• Strong experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, local/state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking with practical HR solutions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and handle after-hours issues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Talent Management: Drives high-volume hourly and salary talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Advises on complex employee relations issues and handles investigations as needed.
• Performance Management: Oversees appraisals, improvement plans, and coaching at all levels.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensures policies are up-to-date and compliant with laws.
• Data-Driven Insights: Uses HRIS to present HR trend reports to senior management.
• Culture and Engagement: Leads site-level engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Safety First: Enforces safety rules and site GMPs.
