Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy at our West Jefferson, OH site. You will partner with operations to align HR plans with business goals, lead talent acquisition and development for hourly and salary staff, and ensure compliance and engagement across shifts.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• On-site HR management/leadership experience required.
• Experience advising operations on HR practices and outcomes.
• Knowledge of local/state employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with operations to align HR with business goals.
• Talent acquisition, development, and retention for high-volume hourly/salary roles.
• Handle employee relations and conduct investigations as needed.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for on-site staff.
• Ensure HR policies/compliance with laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS data to drive decisions and report trends to leadership.
• Promote site culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure safety rules and environmental/ GMP-like standards are followed.
