You will coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring legal compliance and accurate reporting using HRIS, ATS, and related tools.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR management with knowledge of employment law.
• Experience in talent acquisition, workforce management, project management, and organizational design.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and data entry; proficient with HR technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate core HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing to support accurate, timely compensation and benefits delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts aligned with strategic planning goals.
• Administer HRIS and reporting tools, including HRIS, Microsoft Dynamic Business Central, APTEAN, InsightWorks, and PrimoPayDay for efficient data collection and reporting.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism by using conflict management techniques and maintaining clear communication channels.
• Support compliance with employment and labor law requirements, including OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
• Assist with training and development programs to support employee skill-building and career growth opportunities.
