Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with business leaders.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and change management.
• Working knowledge of employment requirements and HR compliance practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Madison, Wisconsin and maintain visibility with leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the Orascptic site, providing guidance on people priorities and business decisions.
• Advise leaders on organization design, role clarity, team effectiveness, workforce planning, and capability needs.
• Use workforce data and employee insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Coach leaders to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and people leadership.
• Lead local talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management with Talent Management.
