Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination role.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated administrative experience, including managing information and documentation accurately.
• Experience in coordination and scheduling with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer service experience supporting internal and external clients.
• Experience in scheduling/coordinator roles or similar coordination-focused positions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, including travel arrangements when needed.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
• Confirm new hires in recruiting systems and complete related administrative steps.
• Provide follow-up communication to candidates by phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on pipeline progress.
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute materials to teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in coordinating additional recruiting activities and projects as needed.
