Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator to join our Seattle area team on a contract basis. The role supports a fast-paced recruiting group by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, and status reporting, while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers onsite.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide necessary debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
