Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and balancing policy compliance with risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive initiatives at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to enhance user experience and efficiency.
