Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations onsite. You’ll drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development while resolving HR-related issues with discretion and a customer-centric approach.

You will partner across site operations, track HR data, and help deploy standard HR practices to foster a positive, inclusive culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Amazon experience with 1+ year HR experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs and maintain workplace standards.
• Execute standard HR work with quality and timeliness.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve employee matters with discretion.
• Assist in engagement activities and feedback channels.
• Coach leaders on engagement and tool usage.
