Kforce Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner - Operations near Yonkers, NY to support a large frontline workforce in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with operations leaders, advise on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, and help shape positive employee experiences. This onsite role requires 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, strong investigations and coaching skills, and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience specifically as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, manager coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Experience supporting frontline and operational employee populations.
• Ability to influence leaders at multiple levels and communicate effectively.
• Onsite full-time role in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Build relationships with managers and employees across operational functions.
• Provide guidance on employee issues, investigations, corrective actions, and workplace concerns.
• Support workforce planning and day-to-day people initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR colleagues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and practices.
